The city of Essen is located in the heart of the Rhine-Ruhr region, which is the most populated metropolitan area in Europe. It is very well reachable from all over the world either by plane, by train or by car.
The fairground of Messe Essen is located right beside the motorways A40 and A52 and it is just a 20 minutes drive to reach Düsseldorf International, Germany’s third biggest airport.
Exhibitors and visitors can look forward to 19 fair halls at the Essen fair complex, all directly linked to each other, 110,000 sq.m. of exhibition area and roughly 20,000 sq.m. of grounds outdoors. All the halls are characterised by an ultramodern technical infrastructure. Orientation for the visitors in the halls is made easier by clear hall signs.
